The Lady Raiders bounced back in a big way tonight, defeating Blackford 10-0 in 5 innings. SHS got another strong outing from Olivia Watson from the circle. The senior scattered 3 hits over 5 innings , striking out 10 and walking only 1. Meanwhile, the Raider bats were more productive as the hammered out 9 hits with 5 of those being doubles.Lydia Schwagmeier and Olivia Hinesley had identical stats on the evening; each was 2 of 3 with 2 doubles, an RBI and run scored. Kaelyn Castor had an RBI double and Terran Mills also registered a multi hit game, going 2 for 4 and scoring 2 runs. The final offensive contribution came from Reece Sprunger. The freshman filled her stat line with a 2 for 3 night, 2 runs scored and 2 RBI. The Raiders travel to Wapahani tomorrow for a key Mid Eastern Conference game tomorrow.
