Shenandoah High School

The Raiders bounced back on Tuesday, scoring a 6-3 MEC win over Daleville at home. With the win, Shenandoah goes to 8-3 on the season and 5-0 in the Mid Eastern Conference. The Raiders pushed across 2 runs in each of the first 3 innings and then held off the Broncos late. SHS only mustered 4 singles on the evening but benefitted from 7 walks and 6 wild pitches. Freshman Chase Osenbaugh led the Raiders with 2 RBI and got help from Ashton Renz and Maddux Davis who both contributed an RBI. Drew Fredenburg went the distance on the mound (6IP, 5H, 1ER, 8K) for SHS. Ezra Byrd and Ethan Taylor collected the other Raider hits and each scored a run. SHS will travel to Randolph Southern on Thursday.
